  • Real carrier calls on your real cell — not an internet dialer. Normal call quality.
  • The card shows the line to say, word for word, from the script you loaded.
  • Hang up and get a 0–100 score, an honest summary with timestamps, and a coach you can question.

The moment it's built for

You know the freeze.

A live deal on the line. The prospect pushes back. Your brain empties. CallCyrano exists for exactly that second.

1 · They push back

The objection lands

“That's more than we expected.” “Call me next week.” “We already have a guy.” You've heard them all — usually right when it counts.

“…honestly your bid came in too expensive compared to the other guys.”
2 · Cyrano hears it

Your card appears

A second or two later, the response you wrote for exactly this objection is on your screen. Twenty-five words or less. Glance, don't read — it's your own line; the card is a reminder, not a teleprompter. One card at a time, never a feed: if the call is going well, Cyrano says nothing.

“I understand. We typically pay for ourselves within the first 60-90 days.”
3 · You say your line

The deal stays alive

No fumbling, no “let me get back to you.” You answer like the version of you that's taken this call a hundred times — because on paper, you have.

“So walk me through the timeline on your end.”
How it works

Set it up once. Then just take your calls.

Get your business number

We set up your dedicated number together on day one. Give it out, print it on the truck — it stays your business line while you're a member.

Build your playbook

Paste your script. Add your objection comebacks and key phrases. Cyrano compiles it into your personal coach.

Calls ring your real phone

Outbound and inbound through your number — normal carrier calls, normal quality. The AI listens and transcribes both sides live.

Score every call

0–100 with sub-scores, a summary that cites exact timestamps, next steps — and Ask Coach, a chat that answers questions about the call from the transcript.

After the call

An honest score. Not a participation trophy.

Cyrano grades the call the way a tough sales manager would — and has to point to the tape.

  • 0–100 overall plus sub-scores: script adherence, objection handling, talk/listen, stage completion.
  • The summary must cite exact call timestamps. Cheerleading language is literally banned in the scoring rules.
  • Ask Coach: “What should I have said at 2:31?” — answered from your transcript, not generic advice.
Inbound too

Your number never misses a business call.

When someone calls your Cyrano number, your phone rings like any other call — and a notification and text arrive so you can open live coaching for that call.

  • Inbound calls get the same live cards and post-call scores as outbound.
  • Independent fallback: if the coaching system is ever down, calls to your number still forward straight to your cell. The failover runs on separate infrastructure, so a coaching outage can't cost you a customer call.
  • No coaching mood today? Just take the call. It's your phone.
Above-board by design

What the other side hears: a standard recording notice. Nothing else.

Every call starts with a short recording disclosure to the other party. It's built in — the standard, careful way businesses record calls — and it makes a one-person shop sound like a real operation.

That's the default line — you can reword it to fit your business, but a disclosure plays on every call; that part is not optional. Honest note: we don't have data on how the notice affects cold-call pickup rates — what we know is it's the legal price of live coaching in strict-consent states, and it's the same notice every bank plays. During the call, prospects hear nothing else; the coaching happens on your screen only.

Why this didn't exist

Sales AI coaches desks. You work from a truck.

The big conversation-intelligence tools are built for video meetings and contact-center software. Check their own websites.

Gong · Chorus

Meetings & desktop revenue teams

Built to capture and analyze video meetings, dialer and contact-center calls, and email for revenue orgs. Powerful — at a desk, after the call.

Balto

Contact-center agents

Real-time call guidance exists — Balto's own site calls it "Contact Center AI Software," built for agents on contact-center platforms. Not for a cell phone in the field.

CallCyrano

Your actual cell phone

Live coaching on ordinary carrier calls — the calls wholesalers, estimators, and field closers actually make. That's the whole product.

If you sell over Zoom from a desk, Gong is genuinely great — this is for the calls it doesn't cover. Competitor descriptions summarize each product's own public positioning (gong.io, zoominfo.com/products/chorus, balto.ai — checked July 2026).

Honest fine print: it's a working beta. Android today via guided install; iPhone (TestFlight) coming in weeks. Coaching cards appear a second or two after a trigger, not instantly. Not a dialer — no Mojo/BatchDialer or CRM integrations live yet (GoHighLevel is planned). Don't look for mute/hold in the app — your phone's own controls do that, like on any normal call. And if you're driving, don't read cards: take the call normally; the transcript and score are waiting when you park.

Straight answers

The questions you should ask.

Is this even legal?

Recording laws are real, and that's why the disclosure is built in: every call starts by telling the other party the call may be recorded. Announcing at the start and letting the other side choose to continue is the standard way businesses record calls — it's even how California's Supreme Court says recording works legally under the strictest all-party-consent law in the country. This isn't legal advice; the point is the product does it the careful way by default. You can reword the disclosure to fit your business, but a disclosure plays on every call — that part is not optional.

Does it work on iPhone?

Not yet. Android today (we install it with you — it's a beta build, not on the Play Store yet). iPhone via TestFlight is coming in weeks. iPhone folks can claim a founding seat now and lock the rate; you'll be first in when TestFlight opens.

Will my prospect hear anything?

Only the recording disclosure at the start of the call. The coaching happens silently, on your screen. Nothing is whispered into the call, and there's no robot voice on the line.

How fast do the cards show up?

A second or two after the trigger. Not instant — nothing that actually listens and thinks is — but fast enough that the card is on your screen while the objection is still hanging in the air.

What if the coaching system goes down mid-day?

Your calls survive. The number's failover runs on separate infrastructure from the coaching system, so even if coaching is completely down, calls to your number still forward straight to your cell. You lose the cards, not the customer.

What does “300 coached minutes” mean?

300 minutes of coached talk time per month on the founding plan — that's for the conversations with money on them, not your dial volume; it won't carry a four-hour power-dialing session and isn't meant to. If you blow past it, inbound business calls still ring through to your phone — you never miss a call — they're just not coached until the month resets. Need more? Message the founder; that's what the direct line is for.

I dial through Mojo or BatchDialer — does this replace it?

No. There's no dialer integration, and this isn't built for the 4-hour dial block. Keep your dialer, keep your VA. CallCyrano is its own business number, for the calls that matter: callbacks, negotiations, and the inbound you'd otherwise fumble or miss.

I take calls on my ear, or on speaker in the truck. How do I see a card?

Cards need the screen in view — speakerphone, earbuds, or a mount. With the phone pressed to your ear you won't see cards mid-call, honestly. But every coached call is still transcribed and scored either way, so the timestamped summary and Ask Coach are waiting the moment you hang up. Worst case, you ignore every card all month — you still get every call graded.

What happens to my number if CallCyrano shuts down?

While the service runs, your number's failover lives on Twilio's infrastructure, separate from the coaching system — an outage on our side never takes your number down. Longer-term commitments (wind-down terms, number port-out) are stated in writing before you pay — ask the founder for them directly. [FOUNDER: decide and publish these terms before this page goes live.]

Never alone on a call again.

Ten seats. Your playbook, your number, your calls — with backup.
